How Does It Work?

• GLT works with law firms and corporations seeking to hire lawyers who have the qualifications for a wide range of global legal positions. When we find one or more candidates within the GLT pool who could be competitive for an opportunity, we reach out to those candidates to determine their potential interest. We do this to ensure 100% confidentiality: you will never be suggested for a position that you have not already agreed to be matched with.

• GLT does not store resumes. When you submit the contact form, we will send you a short questionnaire to complete and that's all you need to do. Once you complete the questionnaire you are automatically entered into the database – you are in the pool!

• When you match with an opportunity, we contact you to ask if you are interested in being considered – and that is when you send your resume to us so we can share it with your potential future employer.
